A two-day summit leading the policy dialogue on energy, critical materials, advanced transportation technologies and national security
THE ASSIGNMENT
Design a modern, bold stage setting in a large convention center space with an intimate dialogue appeal and free flow into an adjoining blend of networking lounge and sponsor exhibition space.

Video, visual effects, digital display and print graphics design and production
Social media support and live video clipping services
OUR SOLUTION
Future View has provided a complete set of wrap around services and support for this summit in 2024 at the Westin Downtown DC and in 2025 at the Walter E Washington Convention Center (WEWCC). We have already begun the process of planning the return to WEWCC for 2026.
A central and signature feature of this summit is the Networking Lounge. Three tiers of sponsor booths are offered and the top two designs include luxurious lounge seating. This creates a unique vibe where the sponsors are not just buying space to show their wares in a sterile environment, but have literally paid to provide space within their booths for you to sit, relax, eat and engage in networking .
Our creative team maintains the brand-standards for this even year after year designed and provides ongoing support for the SAFE Summit Website , including website integration with the client’s mobile conference app. We provided video, digital animation and both digital and print graphic design and production support powered by our creative partnership with Antihero.
For the General Session, our designers designed a stage with a large LED wall backdrop and used softgoods as swags in the ceiling to cut down the height of the space for a more intimate setting. The stage is designed to cooperate with the existing architecture.
Our team helped design and deliver social media posts leading up to the event and including live-clipping through ClipSocial.
