OUR SOLUTION

The Future View team has enjoyed a long relationship with Planned Parenthood providing our full scope of event and content production services for their many events. From their annual galas, National Conferences, PPFA’s Youth Program, Planned Parenthood Action Fund, Presidential Review events, and many rallies we’ve been in step with them.

FEATURED SERVICES

Scenic & Set Design: We have always developed with their brand and messaging in mind. One of our most memorable designs was a cascading three-screen array of projection screens. This installation provided an unusual alternative to the standard video backdrop, providing more visual depth and interest, yet still fulfilling all branding and step-and-repeat solutions. This unique approach also became a powerful format for storytelling.

Graphics & Video: Our designers and editors translated scenic elements into print files, created graphics packages and branded animations, as well as short form video pieces. A few special videos produced include a biography on awardee Dr. Willie Parker, a Tribute to Cecile Richards as she stepped down as President/CEO and a Mission Video produced from interviews and b-roll shot throughout the conference for playback on the last day.

Virtual Support and Interactive Apps: In addition to webcasting services, during the pandemic we provided virtual event production that included interactive support for “virtual tables”, video chat rooms, morning mediation, yoga experiences, a “virtual dance party” and a virtual photo booth for attendees. At in-person events we developed interactive experiences including a “story booth” where expo attendees recorded their personal stories to share publicly or anonymously with a story collection initiative.
