Event Designs
Our goal is to help our customers create events that have positive, concrete results. The event templates fall into three categories:
1. Collaborative Events : THE WALL STREET JOURNAL
The objective for this type of event is to help organizations create plans, strategies or tactics designed to move the organization forward. Using a proprietary software package developed by Future View, the Wall Street Journal recently produced two collaborative events that convened the leading CEOs and financial experts in the nation to develop policy recommendations for the new Obama Administration. Working closely with the Wall Street Journal and the event’s co-producers, Needham Partners and Chris Wayne and Associates, we developed the custom software package, display systems, voting systems and graphics package that facilitated this event. This same template can be used by other organizations to develop consensus-based policies, recommendations and strategies for moving forward in today’s extremely challenging political and economic climate.
2. Simulation Based Events : SAFE
These events, modeled after the traditional “war games” practiced by the military, use video news packages and visual data to simulate economic, political, or market based considerations that affect the future of an organization. What would be the National Security and Economic implications be for the United States if there was a dramatic interruption in the world’s oil supplies? Working closely with Securing America’s Future Energy and Chris Wayne and Associates, we designed the visual set and produced the news packages and graphic data display systems that drove this important, high-profile simulation. We have staged this simulation multiple times in Washington and New York, including at the World Economic Forum.
3. Presentation Based Events : ETS
The key purpose of an event is often to present critical information to the event’s participants. We have designed presentation and display templates that make these kinds of presentations professional and elegant, while at the same time keeping the systems practical and affordable. We created a presentation system that utilized green screen technology to allow the company’s CEO to present a “State of the Company” presentation that effectively and powerfully communicated his message to over 2500 employees in four separate sessions. These presentations were augmented with theme-based videos that focused on specific aspects of the company’s work as well as live, in-person Q&A sessions with the CEO.
