Design A Branded Event Look

How can the event be designed to facilitate the strategic communications objectives of the organization? Will the event utilize standard event techniques, including a series of speakers, panel discussions and breakout meetings? Or will the event employ more cutting edge event designs such as simulations, process-based decision making and computer-aided creation of policies, objectives and principles that will become the “output” of the event. How will video and multimedia be integrated into the event to augment the event’s messaging? How will the use of graphics, signage and set elements be integrated into the overall messaging strategy? Our goal is to help our clients design an event concept that ensures that every element contributes to the achievement of the event’s communications objectives.

Presentation Based Events

These events are designed to help support the presentation of strategies, ideas and specific information that is important to event attendees. Many of the presentation-based events we have designed use multiple screens to display traditional PowerPoint presentations, videos and films, as well as image magnification of speakers and panel members. We will often help our clients create a video-based “set” that replaces traditional hard sets with a dynamic backdrop that can be used to brand the event, or to display graphic or video-based information. Simulations

What effects would a major interruption in the world’s oil supply have on the U.S. Economy? What would the National Security consequences be? In order to answer these questions, we developed an event in conjunction with Chris Wayne and Associates. This powerful simulation-based event challenged national leaders to answer these questions in the context of a series of media-based scenarios regarding the world’s oil supply. This event format is an extremely effective way of engaging audiences in the critical issues and challenges that confront organizations in the current volatile political and economic environment. Results Based Meetings

“If you could make 5 policy recommendations to President Elect Obama what would they be?” This was the question the Wall Street Journal asked 100 of the most powerful Fortune 100 CEO’s to answer in an event held last November in Washington D.C. We not only helped to design this event but also provided the participants our with Policy Builder, a proprietary, interactive software system that enabled the event participants to generate policy ideas, edit them in real time, rank them and vote on them to chose the most powerful ideas that were then delivered to President Obama and featured in the Wall Street Journal.
